What are Robert’s curriculum based shows like?

Robert’s science, health, literacy and stress management programs educate through humor, insight and audience participation. The programs are fun, yet not a waste of valuable class time. The material in each performance is age specific and directly relates to what students are learning in the classroom. The smaller audience size (175-225) ensures educational quality and encourages more students to become actively involved in Robert’s interactive pieces.

 

What are Robert’s space requirements?

A clear, open, well lit space, a table (and a mic on a stand if your space and audience dictates it)

 

How do we promote it?

Robert will send you a full promotional packet that explains the best way to get people in the door, even those “too cool for the planet” teens. Robert is willing to change program titles and descriptions if you think it will better serve your needs.

 

Will he get the kid’s over excited?

Robert’s programs are exciting and a lot of fun however, his awe-inspiring illusions have a magical effect on audiences. Robert’s down-to-earth sense of humor and calming presence allow students to have an enjoyable experience without getting too hyped up.

What age groups are Robert's shows geared to?

Each program is a selection of age appropriate material geared towards:

Pre-K-2, 3-5, 6-8, 9-12, Young children, Teens, Adults, Family.

 

How long are the programs?

45 minutes for schools and 60 minutes for library and family programs.

Robert Rivest is flexible. Let him know if you need a longer or shorter show.
